Potato and Cauliflower Gnocchi (vegan and gluten free) Recipe by Manjula
Ingredients
For Gnocchi
- 2 cup cauliflower florets (approximately)
- 1 cup potatoes (boiled, peeled and shredded
- 2 Tbsp corn starch (arrowroot)
- 2 Tbsp rice flour
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp oil
For Pear Sauce
- 1 pear (peeled and sliced)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp black paper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger paste
