Potato and Cauliflower Gnocchi (vegan and gluten free) Recipe by Manjula

Ingredients

For Gnocchi

  • 2 cup cauliflower florets (approximately)
  • 1 cup potatoes (boiled, peeled and shredded 
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch (arrowroot)
  • 2 Tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp oil

For Pear Sauce

  • 1 pear (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp black paper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
