குழந்தைகளின் ஸ்மார்ட்போன் பழக்கம் – பெற்றோர் செய்யும் தவறுகள்

இயற்கையான விளையாட்டுகளின் மீது உள்ள மோகம் குறைந்துவிடும். பருமன் பிரச்னையும் ஏற்படும். அதனால் குழந்தைகளிடம் ஸ்மார்ட்போனை கொடுக்கும் போது Flight modeல் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். அப்போது கேம்ஸ் போன்ற சில ஆப்ஷன்களை பயன்படுத்த முடியாது.

குழந்தைகளை ஸ்மார்ட்போன் பழக்கத்திற்கு அடிமையாக பெற்றோர் எந்த வழிகளில் காரணமாக இருக்கிறார்கள் என்று பார்க்கலாம்.

* குழந்தைகள் ஸ்டைலாக செல்போன் பிடித்துப் பேசுகிறார்கள் என்பதற்காக பிஞ்சுப் பருவத்திலேயே அவர்களிடம் போனைக் கொடுப்பதுதான் தவறின் அடிப்படை.

* அழும் குழந்தைகளை சமாதானப்படுத்துவதாகவும், வேடிக்கை காட்டி உணவு ஊட்டுவதற்காகவும் ஸ்மார்ட்போன்களை அவர்களின் கைகளில் கொடுப்பதும் குழந்தைகள் ஸ்மார்ட்போன் அடிமைகளாகக் காரணம். ரைம்ஸ் கற்கிறார்கள் என்று போனைக் குழந்தைகளிடம் கொடுப்பதும் இந்த வகைத் தவறுதான்.

* செயல்பாடு இல்லாத குழந்தைகள்தான் சேட்டை செய்யும். குழந்தைகளின் சேட்டைகளை குறைப்பதற்காக அவர்களின் கைகளில் செல்போன்களைக் கொடுத்து அவர்களை சேற்றில் மூழ்க வைத்துவிடாதீர்கள்.
