Paneer Masala Recipe – Dhaba Style Panner Dish | CookingShooking
Ingredients
- 300 gms Paneer cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Haldi powder
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Ghee as required to cook the paneer
- Coriander Leaves chopped for garnish
For the gravy
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 3-4 small Cardamom crushed
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 4-5 small Cloves crushed
- 3 medium Onions minced, finely chopped or blended
- 1 inch Ginger juliennes
- 4-5 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin powder or ½ tsp of each cumin and coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Besan or atta
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
- 4 medium Tomatoes chopped and pureed
- 1 cup Water as required for gravy
