Paneer Masala Recipe – Dhaba Style Panner Dish | CookingShooking

Ingredients

  • 300 gms Paneer cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi powder
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Ghee as required to cook the paneer
  • Coriander Leaves chopped for garnish

For the gravy

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3-4 small Cardamom crushed
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 4-5 small Cloves crushed
  • 3 medium Onions minced, finely chopped or blended
  • 1 inch Ginger juliennes
  • 4-5 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin powder or ½ tsp of each cumin and coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Besan or atta
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 4 medium Tomatoes chopped and pureed
  • 1 cup Water as required for gravy
